How long is the trial, and what’s included?: 30 days, every feature, no credit card. We don’t do feature-gated trials — you’re evaluating the real product.
Can my bookkeeper or wine club lead get a login?: Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra charge. Roles for your bookkeeper, cellar lead, and tasting-room manager are all the same price.
Will it migrate from Vinsight?: We pull the full historical transaction log via Vinsight’s API and replay it through the Good Job event engine. After migration, current state matches Vinsight’s within 0.1 gal — and you keep 10+ years of history natively in Good Job.
What about TTB and excise tax?: Form 5120.17 (Wine Premises Operations) and 5000.24 (Excise) are auto-generated from the event ledger. Every wine event carries a pre-computed `ttbImpact` so the report is a sum, not a manual reconstruction.
What if I lose connection in the cellar?: The cellar UI is a PWA with an IndexedDB write queue. Counts, additions, lab results — anything you log offline syncs when the phone reconnects. The event log preserves all attempts.
Where is my data?: PostgreSQL on Neon (US-East), encrypted at rest. Source documents (weigh tags, contracts) live in Cloudflare R2 with content-hash keys. We never sell or share data, full stop.
